We use your personal information to: match candidates with venues based on role, location, and requirements; communicate with you about opportunities, introductions, and platform updates; improve our platform, screening tools, and services; comply with legal obligations; and send transactional emails (e.g. confirmations, notifications). We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to our services without your consent.

4. Who We Share With

We only share your information with venues you are matched with, and only with your consent or when you have applied for or accepted an opportunity. We do not sell your data. We may share information with service providers (e.g. email, hosting) who assist our operations under strict confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes secure storage, encrypted transmission where appropriate, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we implement industry-standard measures.
